• High school diploma or completed GED equivalent
• If you are submitting transfer credit, all credit must have been earned at an institution accredited by:
  • an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or
  • an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or
  • for non U.S. institutions, an educational institution approved by equivalent authorities.

• If you are not submitting transcripts from an accredited university or college, a high school or GED transcript must be provided.

• an Associate Degree or minimum of sixty (60) hour undergraduate courses.  At least thirty (30) standard semester hours must be general education requirements.  All credit must have been earned at an institution accredited by:
  • an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or
  • an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or
  • for non U.S. institutions, an educational institution approved by equivalent authorities.
