The Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration Degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management
is designed to prepare students for positions in Human Resource Management both in the private and public sectors. The
human resource
concentration is particularly valuable for students who desire career fields in personnel administration, labor relations, and related fields.
*The Associate of Science in Business Administration degree can be awarded upon completion of 60 semester hours.
Students can complete the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree program or tailor their degree to include one or more majors.
Upon successful completion of this degree, you are eligible to enroll into Southwest University’s graduate degree program(s)
Degree Requirements
120 Semester Hours
* The Associate of Science in Business Administration can be
awarded upon completions of
60 semester hours.
A maximum of 90 semester hours may be accepted toward fulfilling the degree requirement.
Students must complete a minimum of 30 semester hours, 10 courses, with Southwest University.
