BSBA Leadership and Management
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Leadership and Management prepares students to develop philosophies and skills for leading people and projects across various aspects of an organization. Students will be able to develop tools to establish long-term goals for an organization. They will be able to identify the leadership skills that are necessary for successful supervision and be able to effectively manage routines in a work environment.
*The Associate of Science in Business Administration degree can
be awarded upon completion of 60 semester hours.
Students can complete the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree program or tailor their degree to include one or more majors.
Upon successful completion of this degree, you are eligible to enroll into Southwest University’s graduate degree program(s).
Degree Requirements
120 Semester Hours
* The Associate of Science in Business Administration can be
awarded upon completions of
60 semester hours.
A maximum of 90 semester hours may be accepted toward fulfilling the degree requirement.
Students must complete a minimum of 30 semester hours, 10 courses, with Southwest University.
