Southwest University offers interest free monthly payment
plans. Prospective students should consult their human resources office to learn if their employer provides tuition assistance and when it is paid. Southwest University accommodates tuition assistance programs. |

| Military | |
|
Military members on active duty and reservists eligible for
Tuition Assistance and DANTES benefits may receive enrollment and processing
assistance from specialized personnel.
Southwest University participates in the education
programs sponsored by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The
University has trained personnel who will assist prospective students in
enrollment and processing with VA. Prospective students who are eligible for GI Bill or VEAP
benefits and are seeking tuition assistance under one of these programs need
to first contact the local VA office or education officer to receive an
eligibility certificate. See information regarding DANTES, VETERANS, and Montgomery

| Student Withdrawal / Refund Policy | |
|
A student may withdraw from a course or program at any time
and in any manner. However, the University requires that the intent be
confirmed in writing. The date of withdrawal is the date the initial
request is received by Southwest University. Any money due the student
will be refunded within 30 days of the withdrawal request. If the enrollment is cancelled within five (5) calendar
days after midnight of the day on which the enrollment agreement is signed,
the student will receive a refund of all monies paid to Southwest
University. If the enrollment is cancelled more than five (5) days
after midnight of the day on which the enrollment agreement is signed, the
University will retain a registration fee of either $200 or 20 percent of
the tuition (not to exceed $200). The remaining tuition will be refunded based on the course start date and the tuition percentage amounts listed below:

| Deferment | |
| If financial or personal difficulties arise, the student is required to make appropriate arrangements with the Business Office. Students who fail to make satisfactory arrangements are subject to suspension and/or termination. | |

| Suspension / Termination | |
The University reserves the right to
suspend or terminate any student for the following:
Transcripts, grade reports, and student
study materials will be withheld until current
A student will be terminated should any
records or work submitted for credit prove to be falsified. |
