Payment Options

Tuition can be paid in full at enrollment, or paid per course.

Southwest University offers interest-free monthly payment plans.

Military Tuition Assistance
      Military members on active duty and reservists eligible for       Tuition Assistance and DANTES benefits may receive       enrollment and processing assistance from specialized personnel.

Student / Corporate Reimbursement
      Prospective students should consult their Human Resource office to learn if their employer provides       tuition assistance and when it is paid. Southwest University accommodates tuition assistance programs.

Approved Company or Government Billing

Southwest University participates in the education programs sponsored by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The University has trained personnel who will assist prospective students in enrollment and processing with VA.

Prospective students who are eligible for Post 9/11, GI Bill or VEAP benefits and are seeking tuition assistance under one of these program need to first contact the local VA office or education officer to receive and eligibility certificate.
